Sean is President of ISCM, a Washington, D.C. consulting firm dedicated to the unique challenges of organizations with international supply chains. With over 30 years of government compliance experience, and a former zone operator himself, Sean and the firm have helped companies and government organizations set up and operate successful Foreign-Trade Zone projects across the United States. He regularly speaks on issues involving international trade and currently serves on CBP’s COAC Working Group rewriting the Customs regulations governing Foreign-Trade Zones.
