Melissa Irmen, is Senior Vice President at ISCM, Inc., a Washington, DC based consulting firm with unmatched experience in Foreign-Trade Zone (FTZ) applications, setup, technology, and regulatory agency insight. Her specialties include Foreign-Trade Zone setup and administration, compliance technology implementation, audit preparation, and training in the disciplines required for trade compliance success. Melissa is an Accredited Zone Specialist and serves as Chair of the Board of Directors for the National Association of Foreign-Trade Zones (NAFTZ). Melissa is an active participant in various international trade initiatives and organizations and speaks regularly on global trade topics. She provides technology and trade expertise to many CBP working groups, including, most recently, one focused on utilizing Emerging Technologies. She also serves as the Chair of the FTZ Committee of the Trade Support Network.

Sean is President of ISCM, a Washington, D.C. consulting firm dedicated to the unique challenges of organizations with international supply chains. With over 30 years of government compliance experience, and a former zone operator himself, Sean and the firm have helped companies and government organizations set up and operate successful Foreign-Trade Zone projects across the United States. He regularly speaks on issues involving international trade and currently serves on CBP’s COAC Working Group rewriting the Customs regulations governing Foreign-Trade Zones.
